Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?
A: Definitely – we can tailor our boxes and boards to meet vegetarian or nut free. Just let us know your requirements when ordering (e.g. no pork, gluten etc.), and we’ll adjust the ingredients accordingly. For severe allergies, we handle food with care and can avoid including those items; however, please note that our kitchen is not 100% allergen-free, and there is a chance of cross-contact with common allergens (nuts, dairy, etc.) despite our best efforts.

 

Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: We recommend ordering at least 48–72 hours in advance for standard charcuterie boxes and boards. Larger orders (grazing tables or big events) should ideally be booked 1–2 weeks ahead to ensure availability – especially during busy seasons. If you have a last-minute request, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate (a rush fee may apply for very short notice).

Q: How do I store my board if I'm not eating it right away?
A: Boards should be refrigerated until about 30 minutes before serving. Letting it sit at room temperature 30 minutes before serving enhances the flavors.

Q: How long will the board last?
A: Boards are best enjoyed the same day, but if properly wrapped and refrigerated, most items will last up to 24-48 hours.

Q: Can I customize my charcuterie board?
A: Absolutely! We love creating personalized boards to fit your color scheme or favorite ingredients. We offer customization for dietary preferences and personal touches. Want a special holiday-themed board or a particular color scheme, we will try our best to accommodate. You can even request fun details – for example, we can spell out a message like “Happy Birthday” in cut-out cheese letters on the board.

Q: Do you provide utensils, plates or serving tools?
A: Upon request, we can include eco-friendly or disposable utensils, plates and serving tongs for an additional fee.

 

Q: Do you offer delivery and pickup options?
A: Yes, we offer local delivery as well as pickup. We deliver in the local area for an additional fee based on distance. If you prefer, you can arrange to pick up your order from our location by appointment. We currently do not ship charcuterie orders (since they need to stay fresh), all orders are either hand-delivered or available for pickup. We’ll coordinate the exact pickup/delivery details with you when you order.

 

Q: What sizes do you offer, and how many people do they serve?

A:We have a size for every occasion, from individual charcuterie cups and mini snack boxes to shareable small/medium/large/party boards and full grazing tables for big events. We can even create custom letter or number-shaped charcuterie boards for birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations. No matter if it’s a cozy date night or a big party, we’ve got you covered!
