3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders canceled 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery may be eligible for a refund.

• Orders canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• No-shows or failure to pick up an order are not eligible for refunds.

• In the rare event we must cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available within our designated service area for an additional fee.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• Once delivered or picked up, Curate and Graze LLC is not responsible for the condition of items if not stored properly.

5. Food Safety and Allergies

• All boards are prepared in a commercial kitchen that may process nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Customers are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens and consuming products at their own risk.

6. Events and Catering

• A signed agreement may be required for larger catering events.

• Setup and breakdown times will be agreed upon in advance.

• Additional fees may apply for extended service, rentals, or travel.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (logos, images, text, menus, etc.) is the property of Curate and Graze LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Curate and Graze LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

• Consumption of our products is at your own risk.
